10am on the dot!
This is for both the 1 mile
(you lazy peeps are gonna crush it..
wait till you see what we have at the .5 mile aid station)
and the 5k (you guys will crush it too :)

Your Course:
The lovely Platte River Trail will host your feet for both runs.
You'll start on the trail all at the same time, however.......5k runners are going one way and the 1 mile lazies are heading the other direction..
Should make for an intersting start!
1 mile lazies will run in a circle.. basically from one bridge to the other.
5k runners, you don't run in a circle so please concentrate.. it's more of a lollipop.
